• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across complex payment systems and card transformation initiatives within high-demand enterprise environments,
• Gather, structure, and prioritize business requirements, clearly articulating business value, risks, and dependencies while ensuring completeness, consistency, traceability, and effective validation across the project lifecycle,
• Translate business needs into scalable and sustainable system solutions in close collaboration with development, architecture, and test teams,
• Evaluate alternative solution approaches by assessing feasibility, operational impact, cost–benefit, and long-term implications,
• Proactively identify risks, open points, cross-functional dependencies, and drive alignment across stakeholders, Act as a trusted partner between business and technology teams, fostering transparent communication and structured decision making.,
• Align solutions not only with immediate project objectives but also with broader strategic goals and operating models,
• Mentor and guide other analysts, ensuring high standards, structured thinking, and consistent output quality,
• Transform complex information into clear, decision-ready insights and contribute to reusable assets, best practices, and AI-enabled analysis approaches.
• Promote and actively utilize AI-enabled analysis approaches, productivity tools, and modern delivery practices to improve analysis quality and team efficiency,
• Take ownership beyond analysis activities by supporting delivery governance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination in critical initiatives.
• Lead analysis activities within highly demanding payment systems and card domain projects, building credibility with cross-functional teams through strong domain expertise and delivery ownership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or other related analytical disciplines,
• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, and solution design roles, preferably within consulting environments and large-scale transformation programs,
• Strong hands-on experience in card and payment systems is a must, with solid understanding of end-to-end card processes and operational flows,
• Strong understanding of payment domain processes, integrations, APIs, web services, and enterprise system interactions,
• Proven experience managing the full requirement lifecycle in complex, multi-stakeholder environments,
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across different organizational levels, with proven experience managing the full requirement lifecycle in complex, multi-stakeholder projects,
• Ability to quickly adapt to complex business domains and establish trust within demanding client environments in a short period of time,
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments,
• Willingness and enthusiasm to actively leverage AI tools and integrate AI-enabled ways of working into daily analysis, documentation, and delivery activities,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate alternative solutions and make data-driven, strategic decisions,
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively,
• Willingness and ability to guide team members, provide constructive feedback, and foster their professional growth,
• Eligible to work in Turkey.
