The Tech. Talent Sourcer will provide full life cycle recruiting support for the Talent Acquisition team and gain visibility to a variety of tasks related to recruitment and onboarding. This will include systems support, data and process management, as well as hiring process coordination and improvements. This role will work closely with our Talent Acquisition recruiters, partners and leadership team to ensure the highest level of candidate and internal customer experience.

The Role:

  • Work closely with senior talent acquisition partners to deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with hiring managers to develop sourcing and hiring strategies,
  • Design creative sourcing strategy and build strong pipelines for the specific roles,
  • Conduct industry research or understand the best practices from other regions to provide market insights to the hiring team,
  • Provide support for the talent acquisition team ensuring data and processes are completed and accurate,
  • Consistently ensure the highest level of candidate experience through coordinating interview schedules and special events.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 0-1 year of sourcing experience in a corporate and/or agency environment,
  • Bachelor's Degree in psychology, human resources management, or related field,
  • A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious and who takes initiative and risks,
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment,
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
