Your Impact:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for the company and international subsidiaries,
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses,
- Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles; work closely with business units and international teams,
- Ensure high-quality financial governance and internal control structure across all entities,
- Oversee intercompany transactions, eliminations, and alignment of accounting policies across countries,
- Support tax compliance, audits, and statutory requirements for the company and international subsidiaries,
- Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements for scalable operations,
- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the Head of Finance and Senior Leadership.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA certification is a strong plus),
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial controlling, audit, or financial reporting,
- Experience in the technology sector or fast-growth companies preferred,
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards; experience in multi-entity consolidation is an advantage,
- Fluent in English,
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI) preferred,
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills especially in a multicultural environment,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile, and constantly changing environment,
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
