Your Impact
- Contribute to internal strategic initiatives and client-facing AI transformation projects,
- Collaborate closely with software and AI development teams to support the design, analysis, and delivery of technology-driven solutions,
- Explore AI use cases within the banking sector and help translate business needs into actionable solution concepts,
- Support projects developed for new clients, contributing to both solution development and implementation activities,
- Take an active role in requirement analysis, solution design, testing, documentation, and delivery processes,
- Gain hands-on experience in AI-enabled business transformation within a collaborative project environment,
- Continuously learn and develop expertise at the intersection of business, technology, and AI.
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology Management or other comparable degrees,
- 0–1 year of relevant experience or fresh graduate,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex business problems,
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders,
- Proactive, highly motivated, and eager to learn, with a ability to plan, prioritize, and manage tasks efficiently,
- Eligible to work in Turkey.
