Your Impact:
- Own and manage end-to-end training operations with a high level of accuracy and reliability,
- Plan and oversee training calendars, schedules, and stakeholder coordination,
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of training programs, including venues, travel, and accommodation when required,
- Ensure the seamless execution of training sessions from planning through delivery,
- Collect and analyze training feedback, translating insights into actionable improvements,
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date data across Excel and internal platforms,
- Establish and sustain structure, standardization, and operational discipline within Learning & Growth processes,
- Identify areas for improvement and implement tangible enhancements to processes and learning experience.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Currently in 3rd or 4th year, or a recent graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, available to work 3 days per week (part-time)
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to take initiative,
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities,
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through discipline,
- Effective communication and coordination skills,
- A strong willingness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility.
