Your Impact:

• Take end to end ownership of delivery by translating business needs into sustainable and high quality solutions,
• Contribute to building scalable, secure, and resilient systems while ensuring quality and maintainability at every stage,
• Drive high quality execution across the full lifecycle including design, development, testing, release, and post production support ,
• Continuously improve performance, reliability, and user experience of delivered solutions,
• Provide guidance and mentorship within the team, supporting a strong engineering culture and high standards,
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and cross functional teams to deliver clear and value driven outcomes,
• Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and improvement areas,
• Apply Agile principles with discipline to ensure predictable and high impact delivery ,
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to support continuous improvement and innovation,
• Contribute to reusable assets, knowledge sharing, and best practices to strengthen organizational capability.

What You Bring to the Table:

• BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics Engineering or other disciplines,
• Minimum 4 years of experience with Swift and the iOS SDK in production environments,
• Experience with SwiftUI and UIKit, including interoperability patterns,
• Strong understanding of modern concurrency (async/await, structured concurrency, Combine),
• Experience with modular architectures such as Clean Architecture or MVVM and dependency injection,
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL, including error handling and offline strategies,
• Knowledge of mobile security fundamentals including biometrics and secure data storage,
• Experience with testing frameworks such as XCTest and XCUITest,
• Experience with performance profiling and optimization using Instruments,
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, Git workflows, and Agile delivery practices.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in financial services, banking, payments, or insurance (this will be a prioritization advantage),
• Cross-platform awareness: understanding of KMM (Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile) or React Native, while maintaining primary expertise in native iOS development,
• Experience with design systems and shared component libraries serving multiple product teams,
• Experience with Domain Driven Design and leading event storming sessions for mobile domain modeling.
